There are two spots available in lot P3 behind the building, accessible from the alley. They are spots #13 and #14 on level P3 - "Reserved for HBC Guest". If they are not available there is lots of free street parking available in the neighbourhood - please leave yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot!
Take the elevator to the fifth floor, and check yourself in using the QR code at the reception desk. Once you check in you can hang out in the lobby and enjoy the view while you wait for your appointment. Forgot your phone? No worries, just make yourself comfortable and I'll come get you.
I am currently able to direct bill to Canada Life, Chambers of Commerce, D.A. Townley, Desjardins, Manulife, and Pacific Blue Cross.
I do not currently direct bill to ICBC.
